I have been with USGA, Inc. for over two years. For the past twenty years, I have managed and estimated projects ranging from $1,000 – $20 million. I began my career in the door hardware business, moved onto drafting and advanced my career to project management, and then estimating. Presently, I have been promoted to overseeing Operations for over forty employees.

I began my career in the construction industry working in the field as a glazier for approximately eight years. The nine years following that, I advanced from an Architectural Representative to a Territory Sales Representative in Seattle, WA to Curtain Wall and Window Manager in Los Angeles, CA for an aluminum metal manufacturer. I began my estimating career estimating large projects in Southern California. I moved to the Bay area in 2002 where I have been directly involved with meeting Architects, Owners, and General Contractors to get their projects completed on time and on budget.

I have been an Assistant Project Manager with USGA, Inc. for the last six months and I currently assist the other members of our management team as I continue to learn more about the glazing industry with the goal of mastering the trade. Being active in the military while simultaneously working with USGA, Inc., I am able to advance my glazing career by implementing the various structures and disciplines I continue to learn while on duty.

I started in the industry as a Union Glazier in 1995, ironically, as an apprentice for Kevin Youngblood, who is the current President of USGA, Inc. In 1998, I transitioned into the office as a Project Manager and have been project managing for nineteen years.

I have worked in the glazing industry since 1998, and have been an accountant since 2002. I joined the USGA, Inc. team in 2009 and currently serve as the Accounting Manager. I hold a Bachelors degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management.

Before joining USGA, Inc., I worked for another glazing company in San Francisco. I have successfully managed projects from as small as $1,000 up to $3 million. I truly enjoy working in this industry because I never stop learning.
